1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JS Football Pathway platform ("Platform"), operated by George Hadjichristofi ("we", "us", "our"), based in Cyprus. By registering an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

JS Football Pathway is a football consultancy platform that acts as an intermediary between aspiring football players and trial/contract opportunities worldwide.

Our services include:

  • Providing access to verified trial opportunities, direct contract placements, and self-sponsored opportunities
  • Coordinating with partner clubs, agents, and local coordinators on your behalf
  • Facilitating logistics and communication for trial arrangements
  • Providing football consultancy services to evaluate and match players with suitable opportunities

2.1 Important Disclaimers

  • We act as a facilitator and intermediary only. We do not guarantee any trial invitation, contract offer, or specific outcome.
  • Players do not communicate directly with clubs, agents, or scouts through this platform. All coordination is handled by our team.
  • Clubs, agents, and coordinators are not registered users of the Platform.
  • Trial outcomes, club decisions, and contract offers are entirely at the discretion of the clubs.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to register an account.
  • Users aged 16-17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others.
  • You must provide accurate information in your profile.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription Plans

5.1 Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5.3 Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at our discretion by contacting george@hadjichristofi.com.

6. Football Consultancy Fees

Consultancy fees are separate from subscription fees and relate to specific football consultancy services.

  • Consultancy fees are displayed on each opportunity listing before you apply.
  • Payment is arranged separately after discussing with our team.
  • Consultancy fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
  • If we are unable to provide the agreed service, you will receive a full refund.
  • Consultancy fees do not guarantee any specific outcome such as a contract offer.

7. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform.
  • By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your content as necessary to provide our services.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create fake or misleading profiles
  • Provide false information about your playing experience, age, nationality, or eligibility
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our team
  • Attempt to contact clubs, agents, or coordinators directly by circumventing the Platform
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the Platform
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform acts as an intermediary only.
  • We are not responsible for: club decisions, trial outcomes, travel arrangements, injuries, or actions of third-party clubs, agents, or coordinators.
  • Our total liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time through your Profile page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cyprus.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
